*CITY OF BELFAST OPEN BOWLING COMPETITION 2026*

Belmont Bowling Club is delighted to launch a brand new format for the City of Belfast Open Bowling Competition!

Previously played over one full week, the competition will now take place across 5 Sundays in August 2026 — giving more players the opportunity to enter, especially those who would normally be working during the week.

📍 Venue: Belmont Bowling Club, Belfast
📅 Competition Dates:
• Sunday 2nd August – Open Singles
• Sunday 9th August – Open Singles
• Sunday 16th August – Open Pairs
• Sunday 23rd August – Open Pairs
• Sunday 30th August – Finals Day

🏆 Plate Competition Included 🏆

All 1st round losers will automatically go into a Plate Competition played on the same day — meaning everyone is guaranteed extra games.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
Places are LIMITED to just 32 competitors/pairs per Sunday session, so early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
