A little Sunday evening reflection ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

These 3 beauties are my world, my reason and my motivation. They donโ€™t care how I look, they donโ€™t care how much I have in the bank. They care that Iโ€™m present, that Iโ€™m happy, that Iโ€™m strong enough and energetic enough to keep up with them, that Iโ€™m here for them when they need me most. A few years back I wouldnโ€™t have thought Iโ€™d be where I am today , I honestly canโ€™t believe weโ€™ve made it this far. To say Iโ€™m grateful to still be fighting the fight, living, lifting and with my little family is an understatement.

Donโ€™t let minuscule expectations get in the way of your happiness or your health. Be kind to yourself and keep going forward. Whatโ€™s in your way today will be in your rear view mirror in time. Be you, be strong, be healthy.

Train with purpose, eat with purpose, love with purpose and live with purpose!

Life can be unpredictable, overwhelming and at times relentless. 2026 is proving to be one of the most difficult for my family with constant obstacles thrown our way and a lot more to come. But, the one thing that has kept me from letting it all get on top of me is coaching. Helping others navigate their journey and see their goals become a reality a little bit more every day is payment in itself.

Iโ€™m not a picture perfect coach. Never have been, never will be. Life isnโ€™t perfect and I definitely know how different things can have an impact on your motivation and determination. But l will use my experience of training on good days, through ill health , pregnancy and postpartum to encourage you through it all, help you pick yourself up and help you keep going to get to that point you never thought youโ€™d reach! The best thing you will ever do for yourself is give yourself the time to become that stronger, fitter and healthier you!

Over time the gym will become your therapy, your safe place and your go-to for your break away from the chaos of life!
