As an online coach and personal trainer, I have always been passionate about helping others achieve their physique, health & fitness goals.
I know that sometimes, it can be hard to stay motivated and inspired, especially when you don't see the results you want right away.
We can apply this to any discipline โ business, fitness, personal growth, etc.
That's why I decided to do a photoshoot for fitness.
Fitness is not only a physical activity, but itโs also a mental and emotional one.
Any of the photos I upload, I want them to inspire others to take action in 2024 and pursue their efforts; to even start a new journey or continue on with theirs.
Iโve been doing coaching for 7 years and the photoshoot was not only a way to celebrate my own progress and achievements, but also a way to show my clients and followers what is possible with dedication, adherence and consistency.
A photoshoot for fitness is not all about looking good in front of the camera. It's about documenting the progress and the challenges, the highs and the lows, the successes & the failures. It is about sharing one's story and motivating others to create their own.
Putting your head into a proper transformation with a photoshoot is a powerful tool for personal growth & professional development because it is a dedication and a discipline that goes into improving oneโs body & mind.
With everything I have learned over the years & the educational courses I have done, I wanted to take all of it and put it into practice & use it all on myself to see what I could achieve.
If you're ever thinking about doing a photoshoot, I highly recommend it.
It will challenge you, reward you, & empower you. It will also give you something to look back on and be proud of. You'll see how far you've come and how much more you can achieve.
I'm proud of what I've accomplished & I hope now that this encourages others to embrace their own potential & pursue their own goals.

Love doing a muscle building transformation. Big difference. Left photo - slim. Right photo - strong and much more muscle tissue present.
People think you will put on a s**t load of fat when you bulk and try to build muscle. Certainly not in this case. There is a right way to do this and this is it. Follow exactly what I say, turn up and do what needs to be done, and the rewards come. Just like Damian Curran has done here (and is still doing!)

I'm not all about the scales, I'm more interested in the pics and the CM's and IN's you are losing week on week because then you know it's pure fat We Be Burnin'! (Sean Paul style ๐๐)
WEIGHT IS NOT THE MAIN FOCUS - GUYS & GIRLS - THINK FAT LOSS - NOT WEIGHT LOSS - THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Stop saying I wanna lose weight - say I WANNA LOSE FAT from now on. Because that is the real deal here and what you really want to do - you want to shrink, you want to fit better into clothes, you want to look better - That is FAT. LOSS.
Everybody's weight loss on a fat loss regime will be different. Hormones, genetics, s*x, age, height, sleep patterns, stress, energy levels - they will all play a role. So just because you are not losing weight as much as someone else is, does not mean you are not progressing. You'll still be burning fat which is WHAT YOU WANT essentially.
