*Important training update*

Given the possibility of protests and the closure of the leisure centre we will be cancelling tonight's official training.

Still some places left if you haven’t already entered the 5k or 10k runs.
This year we are excited to let you know we have two 30 minute pacers available for the 5k run….for those hoping to push themselves a little more 🤩

Coolers Training this evening

Please be aware that there may be some disruption in parts of the city this evening due to potential public disturbances and related activity.

If you’re travelling by car/public transport to training, please allow extra time, check travel updates before setting out, and use your usual judgement regarding routes and transport arrangements.

As always, the wellbeing and safety of members comes first. If anyone has concerns or difficulties getting to or from activities this evening, please contact the committee.
