Helping them learn to swim is the goal, but seeing their confidence in the water grow is the cherry on top! 🍒💙

You’re so welcome, Alison - we’re delighted to have your grandkids as part of our SwimStrong team and love watching them thrive in the water 💪

A big thank you to everyone who takes the time to leave us a review. We’re so grateful for your kind words, and your support means more to us than you know! 🥰

Swimming lessons are about SO MUCH MORE than just swimming! 🏊‍♀️💙

We love watching our pupils grow in confidence, strength and self-belief, all whilst making new friends and learning a new life skill along the way!

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve seen in your child since they started swimming lessons? We’d love to hear yours in the comments! 👇

It’s the October holidays… YEYYYY! 🙌🍂

Just a little reminder for anyone we haven’t caught at lessons this week - our classes are still running over the school break, so we hope to see you in the pool next week! 🏊‍♀️💦

If you’re lucky enough to be heading away, we hope you have a brilliant time and enjoy the break. We’ll see you back in the pool, refreshed and ready to jump in, when you’re home! 💙

Have a great holiday, everyone! 🥰

Swimming practice doesn’t have to stop when the lesson ends! 🏊‍♀️💦

There are lots of simple ways you can help your little swimmer build confidence and reinforce what they’re learning between lessons - and it doesn’t have to be in the pool!

From blowing bubbles at bath time to playing games in the pool, chatting about what they’ve been learning and celebrating those little milestones, everyday moments can all help. 🫧

Swipe through for a few simple ideas you can try between lessons ➡️

And remember, every child learns at their own pace. Keep it positive, keep it fun and celebrate the progress along the way! 💙

The swimming emojis we got vs. the swimming emojis we NEED! 🏊‍♀️😂

Petition to the emoji makers for more swimming emojis, please! We need more strokes, more poolside moments and definitely more swimming-related equipment! 👀

Who agrees? And what did we miss? 👇

The pool = home sweet home! 🏊‍♀️ 🫶

If you need us, we’ll probably be poolside, thinking about being poolside or planning our next swimming lessons! 💙

And if you’re looking for a new “home” for your swimming lessons, we’d love to welcome you. Drop us a message to find out more! 🏊‍♂️

This one’s for all the parents and carers wondering whether swimming lessons are really a necessity… 🏊‍♀️💙

Taking your child to swimming lessons isn’t just about teaching them a new skill. You’re giving them an essential life skill that they can carry with them forever - and one that could, one day, even save their life.

That’s pretty special, isn’t it? 🥹

Swimming lessons are an investment in their safety, confidence and future, and we truly believe it’s one of the best gifts you can give them. 💙
