Good luck to our guys grading this morning.

Well done to our champion kickers Cora logan ,Natalya Green and Lilah Molloy completing the kicking kids programme and moving into our junior Taekwon-do programme and we'll done to our little ninja completing the little ninja programme and moving into our kicking kids programme Grace Farrely.

Big thanks to our instructor's for todays graduation, they are the backbone of the gym .

Our guys in for their written exam and the power test part of the blackbelt exam ,Mr Babu for 3rd Dan ,Ethan and Zenon for 1st Dan. Mr D the invigilator.

Happy birthday to Mr Joseph who turns 18 today and is moving to Edinburgh to further his education at Napeir University studying robotic, we wish him all the best and hopefully see him at class when he's back home .

We had leah and kenza in for the written and breaking part of their blackbelt exam today both scored 100 % on the theory part and passed the breaking part now both along with our other guys go to Aberdeen to sit the practical part on the 13 September.
