A fun morning of football for Reception & Year 1 and a pathway into our grassroots squads. Just £5, pay on the day!

⚽ CHAMPIONS ACADEMY CAMP DAY
📅 Wednesday 28 October, 9:30am to 2:30pm
📍 The Brook, Barleylands, Billericay
A full day of skills, competitions, matches and an end of day tournament for our U5s up to U11s. Just £25, pay on the day!

🏆 U7 & U8 TOURNAMENT
📅 Friday 30 October
📍 Goals, Southend
Bring your team and battle it out! Minimum of 5 matches, medals for every player and trophies for the winners. £65 per team, separate U7 & U8 events, times to be confirmed.

Mini Champs can come to YOU 🏆⚽

We’re now taking bookings for six week blocks of football at nurseries and pre schools across Essex.

Ages 16 months and up. No experience needed, just running, giggling and their very first touches of a ball.

Every coach is DBS checked, fully insured and first aid trained, and Champions Academy is FA affiliated, so your little ones are in safe hands.

Mondays our U7s, Tuesdays the U5s, Wednesdays U6s and U8s, Thursdays our U11 Lionesses, all at Goals in Southend. Plus our Individual Technical Programme for the players who want to get seriously good on the ball.

U5 RECEPTION GROUP

We have over 50 reception children on our books at Champions Academy.
We invited a handful of them to play in some small sided 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 training matches.
They absolutely loved it and so did we. Their listening was fantastic and the skill level was 🔥
Looks like another talented age group coming through for us!!!

Three years ago today, our business was officially incorporated.
We started with one baby and toddler class in Benfleet on a Saturday morning, with about ten kids.

Look at us now: grassroots teams with over a hundred children, a fully packed Benfleet branch, a new Southend branch just launched, contracts in several schools, and one of the biggest holiday camps in Southend.

I’ve run a few businesses in my life. This one is by far the most successful, and a huge part of that is down to this guy. Coach George.

I used to think I had to do everything myself. But to actually grow, you need people around you, and it helps when they’re not just a copy of you. George and I are completely different. Good cop, bad cop. Intense and serious, chilled and laid back. But he works every day of the week for this business. Evenings, weekends, holiday camps, admin, all the stuff nobody sees because I’m the one who’s front and centre.

He held the fort for the last two summers running while I was out in Marbella. The kids love him, the parents love him. I genuinely don’t know a single person who doesn’t.
He also lets me ring him multiple times a day with every idea in my head, and he actually listens. Oh and personally, unreal for a night out and never turns down a b**r!

Above all, he’s loyal, and he’s got real morals. And loyalty like that gets rewarded: George is now running his own branch in Southend.
Three years in, and George is one of the biggest reasons we’re still standing, still growing, and still doing this properly. He’s not just a coach. He’s part of the family.

Here’s to the next three years, mate. 🙌

Very proud that we were able to host another fantastic tournament for U6s, U7s & U8s.

64 teams in total were in attendance and although there was weeks of planning, it was all worth it as the children had a great day and the feedback we’ve had from parents and managers has been excellent!
