💙🤍 BREACACH SUCCESS AT ALL-IRELAND FINALS 🤍💙

A fantastic day for Breacach yesterday at the Adult All-Ireland Finals in Laois, with some brilliant performances and some great results! 🇮🇪🏆

🏆 LADIES MASTERS ALL-IRELAND CHAMPION – MICHELLE WARREN 🏆

A massive congratulations to Michelle Warren, who has retained her Masters title after a fantastic day of handball.

Michelle had a great game against Sarah Dineen from Kerry, winning two straight matches to earn her place in the final.

Here she faced Sinead Forde from Kells Club in Meath. Michelle had a comfortable win in the first game, but Sinead fought hard in the second, narrowly beating Michelle 15-14 to push the match into a tie-breaker.

Michelle kept her composure in the deciding game and pushed on to claim the title with an 11-5 tie-break win. 👏🏆

🥈 SENIOR – SEAN KERR

Unfortunately, Sean Kerr just missed out on the Senior title, finishing runner-up to Cavan’s Ben Devlin in a thrilling final.

Sean played outstandingly in his semi-final against Cian Dunning to secure his place in the Senior All-Ireland final, following his recent National win.

He kept up his standard of play in the final, with his speed, agility and skill on full display, but Ben was on fire and denied Sean the title.

🥈 Niall Kerr also narrowly missed out on a title, finishing All-Ireland runner-up.

Niall had a great win in the semi-final against John Penny to secure his place in the final, where he faced Kevin Brennan of Laois in an extremely tough battle.

Niall fought hard, but victory went in favour of Laois.

👏 Hard luck to Eilise McCrory, who unfortunately bowed out at the semi-final stages of the All-Ireland Championship.

And congratulations to Clare Conway of Loughmacrory on taking the Junior title home! 🏆👏

A great day for Breacach and plenty to be proud of from everyone who represented the club. 💙🤍

Now the focus turns to the World Handball Championships in just two weeks, as we look to finish off the Wallball season on a high! 🌎🏆

Breacach Abú! 💙🤍

🇮🇪🏆ALL IRELAND CHAMPION 🏆🇮🇪
Congratulations to Ciaran Corr who is the first All Ireland Champion for Tyrone in the Wallball Championship.

Ciaran saw off Iarla Kelleher comfortably to secure his place in the final today in Laois.

He then went on to face Kilkennys' Ollie Morrison in the final. Ciaran fell short in the first game losing 15- 4 but fought extremely hard to take the second game 15-12, and force a tie breaker. The tie break decider couldn't have gotten any closer with Ciaran taking the honours 11-10.

Well done Ciaran

National Success for Kerr and O’Neill

After a cracking weekend of handball, Breacach Handball Club are celebrating some fantastic results at the Irish Wallball Nationals, with Sean Kerr claiming his first Senior National title in style.

Sean produced some fantastic handball throughout the weekend to secure his place in the Senior final. He overcame Loughmacrory’s Paul Donnelly in the quarter-final before taking on number one seed, clubmate and cousin Conor McElduff, in a highly anticipated semi-final. Sean came through that encounter to book his place in the final, where he faced Cian Dunning.

Sean saved his best for the final, producing a brilliant display to take the Senior National title. Congratulations Sean on a mighty achievement and a well-deserved first National title! 🏆👏

There was further success for Breacach as Shane O’Neill claimed victory in the Masters category. Shane also faced clubmate Eamonn McCrory in the final, with both players producing a great game of handball. Shane came out on top to secure the National Masters title. Congratulations Shane! 🏆👏

Eilise McCrory also had a fantastic run to reach the Ladies final, where she came up against Martina McMahon. Both ladies produced handball of an exceptional standard in a brilliant final, with Eilise finishing as National runner-up. A fantastic achievement and another great performance from Eilise. 👏

Well done to everyone who travelled to the Galway and Clare venues to compete throughout the weekend. It was fantastic to see so many Breacach players taking to the courts and representing the club.

And congratulations also to our fellow Tyrone winners Lucy McCullagh and Anthony Morris, with Lucy claiming her title and Anthony taking the 17&U Cup and 15&U Plate respectively.

A brilliant weekend for Tyrone handball and a very proud one for Breacach Handball Club.

Congratulations to all our players on their fantastic performances! 💙🤍

🏆 A Brilliant Weekend for Breacach at the Ulster Championships! 🏆

What a weekend for Breacach Handball Club at the Ulster Championships in Glengormley, with our players producing some fantastic performances and bringing home three Ulster titles and three runner-up medals. 👏🏆

Saturday saw Ciarán Corr get us off to the perfect start by claiming the U14 Ulster title. Ciarán played some excellent handball against Max Finnegan in a brilliant contest and came away with a well-deserved victory. 🏆👏

The Golden Masters final was an all-Breacach affair, with Niall Kerr facing clubmate Shane Hazlett. After two great games, it was Niall who took the Ulster title, with Shane finishing runner-up. A fantastic achievement for both players. 🏆👏

On Sunday, Michelle Warren added another Ulster title to her impressive record in the Ladies Masters. After coming through a thrilling semi-final against Michelle McCoy, Michelle faced Máighréad Ní Riabaigh Ó Dúill in a repeat of last year's final — and once again came out on top to retain her title. 🏆👏

Jack Darcy had an outstanding run in the Men's Junior B, playing some excellent handball throughout the day to reach the final. Jack battled hard against Conor McAuley but finished a very creditable runner-up. 👏

Shane O'Neill also reached the Men's Masters final, where he faced number one seed James Doyle. Shane gave a brilliant account of himself in a fantastic final and finished Ulster runner-up. 👏

So, a huge congratulations to our three Ulster champions — Ciarán Corr, Niall Kerr and Michelle Warren — and to Shane Hazlett, Jack Darcy and Shane O'Neill on their runner-up finishes. A fantastic achievement all round! 🔴⚪

🇮🇪 All-Ireland Semi-Finals

We also wish Eilise McCrory and Sean Kerr the very best of luck as they progress to their All-Ireland semi-finals. We will be cheering you on all the way! ☘️🏆

Finally, congratulations to all the other Tyrone Ulster champions and runners-up. It was a fantastic weekend for Tyrone handball, and brilliant to see so many players from the county reaching finals.

Hard luck to those who didn't make it yo finals.

Well done to everyone! 👏🏆

A Fantastic Weekend for Breacach Handball Club at the She's Ace Tournament!

What a fantastic weekend for Breacach Handball Club as we proudly hosted another hugely successful She's Ace Tournament alongside Killyclogher Handball Club. Over three days, players from across Ireland showcased handball of the very highest standard, with exceptional skill, determination and sportsmanship on display from the opening matches on Friday through to Sunday's finals.

A huge congratulations to Eilise McCrory, who successfully defended her Ladies Open title for the second year in a row. Eilise was in outstanding form throughout the weekend, producing brilliant handball before lifting the tournament's premier title once again. Performances like these show exactly why Eilise is the perfect representative for Team Ireland, and everyone at Breacach is immensely proud of her achievements.

Congratulations also to Michelle Warren, who enjoyed a fantastic run to the Ladies B Final. Having only recently returned from injury, Michelle showed tremendous determination and resilience throughout the competition before finishing as runner-up after an extremely tough battle against Niamh McIlwaine. Reaching the final after such a challenging comeback is a tremendous achievement and one Michelle should be incredibly proud of.

A special well done to Melanie Warren and Kayleigh McCoole, who reached the Mothers & Daughters A Final and finished as National Runners-Up. This achievement is even more impressive for Melanie as it was her first national competition, making her performance a fantastic accomplishment and a brilliant milestone.

Another title came Breacach's way thanks to Kayleigh McCoole, who claimed the Girls Under 17 Plate title with an excellent victory in the final over Loughmacrorys Chloe Conway.

Well done also to Shona Teague, who won the Girls Under 13 Plate title, adding another fantastic success for the club.

One of the highlights of the weekend was seeing so many young girls take part in the Under 11 competition. For many, it was their first major handball tournament, and it was wonderful to watch their confidence grow with every game. The enthusiasm, smiles, fantastic shot-making and enjoyment shown by all the young players promise a very bright future for our sport.

Hosting an event of this scale takes an incredible team effort. A sincere thank you to all our referees, officials, volunteers, committee members, sponsors and supporters who gave their time throughout the weekend. Finally, thank you to every player and family who travelled to Breacach and Killyclogher. Your support, commitment and sportsmanship helped make this another memorable She's Ace Tournament.

Congratulations once again to all our Breacach players on a fantastic weekend. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you!

Thank you also to Seana McCrory for so beautifully singing the National Anthem before the Ladies Open Final.
