We are so excited to welcome the wonderful Vicky Roberts | Yoga Teacher and 🚀 Mentor to the studio for a 2 hour Rocket Workshop next month!

Saturday 10th October
2.00pm-4.00pm

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, playful practice created by Larry Schultz, rooted in Ashtanga with creativity, freedom and accessibility at its heart.

Take your Rocket practice to the next level in this playful and exploratory 2-hour masterclass. Using the Rocket 3 sequence as our foundation, we’ll explore inversions, arm balances and creative, playful transitions, with plenty of space to challenge yourself, experiment and have fun.

Vix has completed over 1,000 hours of training with renowned teachers including David Kyle, Rebecca Hannah and Mark Kan. She now teaches Rocket Teacher Trainings across the UK and internationally, with a focus on helping students break through perceived limitations and find more freedom, strength and possibility in their practice.

Inversions & Arm Balance Workshop

Sunday 27th September | 1.00pm-3.00pm

By popular demand is bringing back Elevate & Balance - a dedicated workshop for anyone looking to explore inversions and arm balances in more depth.

Over two hours you’ll have the chance to break down key postures and spend a bit more time discovering ways to build strength and technique than we usually get in class.

With plenty of opportunities for individual guidance and hands on assists, this workshop is a great way to build confidence in going upside down and refine technique.

It’s always a super fun and challenging afternoon of playing upside down and finding new ways to deepen your practice.

After taking a little time off from workshops over the summer, we’re very excited to share what’s in store for September 🤍

First up we have a beautiful restorative workshop with Gemma Elise | Yoga & Meditation on:

Sunday 13th September
4pm-6pm

Reconnect to your intuition in this 2 hour restorative workshop, carefully designed to help you tune into your inner world and inner voice. Timed to align with September’s New Moon, the dark skies offer a beautiful opportunity for quiet reflection and exploration.

We’ll begin with a guided visualisation meditation and intuitive warm up, grounding into the physical sensations of the body before moving into a sensual flow to yin sequence. From there we’ll journey inwards, building confidence in our own inner knowing.

The practice will end with a candlelit sound bath, allowing you to completely relax into the gentle resonance and beautiful vibrations of the lyre - an ancient string instrument used in ceremonies and rituals for thousands of years.

To close, there’ll be an opportunity to draw oracle cards and intuitively explore any inner knowing they may help illuminate.

We’re so excited to reintroduce our Teen Yoga Course this September.

The 8 week course will be led by our wonderful teacher | YOGA WITH NINI | and is designed to give young people the tools to support both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Classes will be accessible to all levels and will include yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. The course will help build strength and flexibility, while also providing practical tools to ease tension, calm the nervous system and give teens some time to switch off from the pressures of everyday life.

A supportive space to move, unwind and develop techniques that they can use both on and off the mat.
