I have had some time out to get 2 brand new knees so I can continue living the life I love. I'm cautiously back in the water, swimming feels good, but walking is still work in progress! My secret swims will restart once the legs are behaving 🦵🦿🦵🦿

The water is a warm 8 degrees underground, way warmer than the winter lake 6 degrees, wetsuits mean we can enjoy this amazing place for as long as we like!
