We are delighted to bring Tracey Coulson, from Shamanic Earth, to Snowdonia for a drum and rattle birthing weekend at the Penmachno Hwb.
Making your own shamanic drum really is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself! Each drum soul is completely unique, holding its own energies, frequencies and life mission.
We will take time to journey to connect to the hide, wood of your chosen hoop, and the incoming drum soul. Asking permission and offering our love and gratitude in sacred ceremony.
You do not need to have any prior experience. All you need is an open heart and mind and the desire to do something amazing for yourself.
If you feel called to join us for one or both days message Jen on instagram, whatsapp or email to book your place. We only have 8 places, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Huge thanks to Chris Paines for the fantastic photography. Also to Dan Lewis for his support and also for volunteering to be bounced off the ceiling for our entertainment (!!!!).
The camp would not function without my right hand woman (and mum) you have worked so hard, I appreciate you, thanks!
Not forgetting thank you to Seymour Yang for the design of our rashguards, and to our camp sponsors for their support in producing them, they were beautiful as always.
Let’s nurture the beautiful connections we’ve made this weekend.
Precious times 🖤🤎💜💙🤍
