Today finished with a brilliant training for all our wonderful student teaching assistants. 🥰

These pupils give so generously of their time every week to support our pupils at the 43 classes each week.

They are respectful, kind, willing and passionate. Perfect role models for all our pupils. 🙌🏻

We discussed everything from teaching strategies to safe guarding to boundaries to expectation.
Finishing with reflective discussion and how we empower the children to aim high! 💪🏼

A big thank you to these girls and the 3 that were missing too. 🙏🏻

FEAD is nearly 35 years old! 🥹

A school started by one person with a dream, a passion for teaching and a love for children.
3 branches, a stereo, a register and a cash box! 🤣 that’s all you needed in those days!

Fast forward 35 years and that person still opens up at the same branch on a Monday, still loves teaching and children. 🙌🏻

And today Miss F covered Miss Jess’s adult Tap class and then saw all her lovely ex pupils who all attend adult Jazz with her eldest daughter, Miss Ruby. 🙌🏻

What a story!

Who remembers? 🥹

Where does your child’s dance journey start?

Their very first steps into the magical world of dance are with Miss Toni, our wonderful lower school teacher in our DINKY DANCER classes.

We take you and your child through a creative class that captures every child’s imagination and love of movement. 🥰
Prop based, with great music and all the core skills included, your child will thrive under our care and attention.

Who remembers the feelings stepping into the exam room?

As we enter our 35th year, we are still going strong entering candidates for professional exams. 👍🏼

Another special FEAD event. 🥰

Our very last get together with our 2026 leavers and senior pupils. 😔

We are so proud of these girls. They’ve danced all their lives to a high standard, built friendships forever, balanced study with dance and they are all wonderful young women with bright futures. ⭐️

We are going to miss them!

Thanks for the memories girls and good luck from your FEAD family.
