Each month one member of our group will give greater focus to nurturing confidence, championing empowerment and boosting group morale.

After navigating some recent health challenges, instructor Emma will be sharing positive messages about self-care, preventing burnout and the benefits of physical movement for your mental health. We’ll explore the importance of listening to your body, finding balance and making time for yourself, with our classes as a safe-haven.

Our classes are a great way to grow your confidence and learn a new style of dance. We are here to support you on your journey as you become a part of our supportive community.

Join us as we travel through over 100 years of music, movement and memories in a spectacular immersive experience at the Eastbourne Bandstand.

From the Charleston of the 1920s and the Swing era of the 1940s to Disco, Girl Power, Pop Icons and today's biggest dance trends, we'll be bringing the decades to life through performance, storytelling and audience participation.

This is more than a dance show...
