Quick roundup of achievements over the last few weeks 💪🏼
Club Coaches Graham, Pete, and Braydon have successfully completed their technical assessors courses and can now officially award BJA grades 🔥

Also some fantastic news for Sophia Robus, who has been selected for the Great Britain adaptive squad. She has been formally awarded her squad badge, joining her brother Braydon on the national team 🇬🇧

Brilliant effort by all - such wonderful ambassadors for the club and the sport ❤️

Quick reminder about our beloved Graham’s morning session today in Eastbourne!

Massive congratulations to Tom Dooley and Chris Pavel who were both promoted to brown belt last night, after some solid years of dedication on the mat 🙌🏽
A big moment for these two outstanding gentlemen finally completing the kyu grades 🔥
Both Tom and Chris are hardworking, kind, and the very definition of good sportsmanship. They’re fantastic training partners who always give their best while helping everyone around them improve. Their positive attitudes, great personalities, and genuine friendship make them valued by everyone at the club. Dynamic simply wouldn’t be the same without them!

Due to the World Cup semi final tonight, we are running a slightly different schedule than normal.

We will have a slightly earlier start of 6:15, and run the main session until 7:45. At that time we can formally end the session, and people can head off if they want to watch the match.

And then for those who want to stay on for another 20 mins ish, can do so if they wish.

I think that caters for everyone! 🥋 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

A few people have asked if we are open tonight due to the heatwave. We will be open! And operating a low key, open mat sort of session 🥋
