Next week we will have some Rounders fun! Please do remind your young people to put on suncream before the class (I know it is easier said than done!) and make sure they all have a nice big drink of water as some thirsty children had run out today 😁😁 Active Rother

Sitting here just realising that this time next year - Fit and Fab Families turns 10! Wowsers! What a journey it has been! So much self doubt, another baby (a whole other journey there 😅!), two house moves, god knows how many venue changes, new instructors, hundreds and hundreds of you working out with us, getting Powerhoop on the GCSE options list at three local schools and sooooooo many training courses and qualifications along the way (yet still feeling like I know soooo little!) and loads more!

We will definitely celebrate next year but in the meantime THANKS so much for still being here 🥰

Busy busy month for August!

Weekly classes -

Wednesday - Hoop 6.30pm
Thursday - Clubbercise 6.45pm
Strength & Toning 7.45pm

£6.50 per class or £33 for all classes all month! First class is FREE (you can try them all free and find your fave!) 🥰

Mondays - Summer Games for ages 7-11 FREE on Sidley Rec 5.30pm - this week is dodgeball!

Zoe is also running the 8-11 holiday club HAF sessions at the new Sidley Hub (if you haven't been there yet....go! Even if just for the fabulous food in the Sidley Hub Cafe!) Sidley Hub Cafe with Heart Of Sidley - Zoe is also busy coordinating all the teen volunteers over the Summer - another fabulous bunch signed up!

🌞Summer Holiday Fun with Active Hastings🌞
Join Active Hastings and Hastings Commons for some summer sports in the park! At Alexandra Park MUGA on Thursday 30 July and Thursday 27 August, 1pm to 3pm. For young people aged 12 to 17.

Free snacks will be provided at the session.
