I just wanted to inform everyone again that ((BOUNCE)) Bexhill closed in November 2022 and I thought I had deleted this account. Sorry to everyone who has messaged after this time.
After receiving messages on my personal account and realising this account was still open, I wanted to post this before it deletes (again) sorry for all the inconvenience. If I was running classes/knew I had messages I would have replied instantly.

It’s taken me a few days to post this 💜

Forever grateful for the amazing 4 years of ✨🍾

What a class to end on, taking you back through the years of my ((BOUNCE)) journey.. from the first ever warm up and cardio track I learnt to the last ever toning and cool down.. with a DOUBLE sprint track back to back 🤪😅 (I didn’t want you lovelies to forget about me too quickly hey)

Thankyou for your support throughout it honestly means the world, your donations for Highbury House have blown me away. I am beyond grateful 🤍

Tonight’s class was amazing as always 🥳 it’s now just starting to seem real that is closing in just over a weeks time 💔❤️🥰

& walked into my class tonight with these beautiful flowers and card, totally unexpected, I love them! Thankyou 💙💖

For these four lovely attendees tonight this was their last class and we just had to get a picture (well I kinda forced them too) I know you all didn’t mind though 😉❤️
