Do you fancy cheering on your fellow runners tomorrow? We need a boathouse marshal and someone to help with finish tokens. Please let me know asap.

Our friends at Lesnes Abbey juniors are short of volunteers this week due to school holidays. If you can help out, please do email them.

Lovely weather for a Parkrun today. Thanks to all our wonderful volunteers, it couldn’t happen without you!

Thanks Penny and Rich. 👇🏻

Course check was all good this morning, nothing untoward spotted on our course check constitutional this morning.

It sounds very obvious but winter is definitely coming and it's definitely cooling down now early in the morning. Running now needs a few layers unless you're the more hardy type. We haven't yet got the magical carpet of leaves as you run up Woo Hoo Hill but they're coming.

Anyway all is good enjoy your run and your weekend

Sounds like we're good to go... thanks Penny and Rich!!

Hi guys

October's here and as it's the first Saturday of the month we'll be having a paced parkrun this morning volunteer numbers permitting.

Thank you to all the volunteers for their time without which parkrun would not be in existence.

The course check was all good this morning nothing untoward to report. There was a light Arthurian mist by the lake that made the park look a little eerie early this morning. It will almost certainly have vanished into the ether by 9.00 am.

Have a good run and enjoy your weekend.

Best wishes
Penny & Rich
