🌞 Tips for staying safe during high temperatures when exercising 🌞
➡️Most important.. Stay hydrated! Drink plenty! 💦
➡️Plan your sessions in early AM or in the PM when temperatures have dropped.
➡️ Reduce the intensity and time of your sessions.
➡️ Take advantage of the environment your in, if your performing outdoors find a route or area with more shading, if at home place a fan near you, most gyms will have air conditioning with is good! I know G4 definitely do! 😜👍

4 months postpartum update ☺️
➡️ Drinking alot more water.
➡️ Becoming more aware of what snacks I'm eating between meals. Protein and low calorie snacks. 👍
➡️ Eating high protein low calorie meals, along with keeping up my unrefined carbohydrates before and after workouts to burn off energy for a better performance/workout and after to replace the energy ❤️👍 protein helps build muscle mass and feed and fuel your muscles to strengthen themselves and grow back bigger and stronger 💪
➡️ Performing cardiovascular exercise and strength resistance training. Both are important for different reasons 👍❤️
➡️Getting more sleep at night now Callie is getting older 😆 more energy / focus throughout my workouts and the daytime ❤️
➡️ Hormones are starting to settle back down ☺️👍
Exercise Doesn't have to be boring! ❤️
➡️ Fitness should be fun not feeling like a punishment
➡️Move your body that makes you smile ❤️ it doesn't have to be 100 Burpees 😅
➡️Its bout finding an exercise that's for you, and works for you!❤️
