And that’s a wrap!

Halloween saw my final PT session, final gym shift at and our final bootcamp where it all started under the Evolve Fitness name!

I’m going to miss you all so much and whether you come along with me on my next adventure or try something new, I wish all of Team Evolve the utter best!!

You are all Legends and thank you for starting this journey with me back in 2022! You’ve made me the coach I am today and all I wish is that you continue doing exercise that you love! ♥️♥️♥️

So yesterday, six members of Team Evolve took on .fit ☢️

We decided in February to take on a challenge, something outside our comfort zone and something to push towards! Every month we’ve had a Nuclear themed bootcamp and running session to get us comfortable with feeling uncomfortable!

I could not be prouder seeing these guys smash it! They’ve worked so hard on getting to this day and they all just took it in their stride, raced their own race and surprised themselves with what they achieved!!

As for me, I was worried I wouldn’t have the strength or stamina to get it done as my training hasn’t been particularly consistent recently. But I shocked even myself when I felt very comfortable in most stations (those Duck and Throws broke me!) and I even managed to get the 75 reps unbroken for the Squat and Lift at the end - hence the special wrist band!

The event was so well run - the guys at Nuclear are always fantastic and we can’t wait to do it again! We’re so proud to be part of the Nuclear family!!

I have some big news! 📣

As of the end of October, Evolve Fitness will be shutting down! I know, I know, I’m pretty shocked myself too! But after a very long, hard decision, I’ve put myself first and done what’s best for me.

Evolve Fitness has been a huge success over the last few years and I’ve enjoyed every minute. I’ve whole heartedly loved helping people reach their goals either through bootcamps or personal training. But the self employed life is lonely, unpredictable and a little scary. I’m still a pretty new personal trainer so not having a support team around me to learn and grow from has been hard!

I’m still very much staying within the fitness industry, but this time with a whole bunch of people who inspire me and where my whole fitness journey started in the first place!! I’ll tell you more about what’s next soon but for now, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all your support and allowing me to explore my career in the ways that I want to!

To all my current members - I love you guys and I can’t wait to see the next part of your journey, whether that’s with me by your side or trying something new ♥️♥️♥️

Beaches, pets, weddings and holidays. 🏖️

August has been a strange month for various reasons. It’s been busy in some ways, but not in others.

I was blessed with some time off with my family and had the honour of being a bridesmaid to my best friend. ♥️

Welcome September, which brings a new era for me and my family!

Two new legends added to the Team tonight! Massive well done to Tiff and Shell for hitting 100 sessions! 💯💯

Don’t worry, they both get a T-shirt, Shell just hit her legend status way quicker than expected (11 months) and her t-shirt is on its way! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Shell is part of the bootcamp furniture and puts in the hard graft week in and week out which is being noticed in her rugby training!! 🏉

And Tiff…well Tiff is an absolutely bootcamp beast!!! Ever since she picked up her first slam ball back in 2022, she just can’t get enough! 😈😈😈

Been a little quiet, spending much needed time with family and friends…but I’m still here, chipping away ♥️

Another month bites the dust!

Big congratulations to Frankie who hit her Bootcamp Legend status today!!

This is when a bootcamper hits 100 sessions. Frankie has been with me way longer than when I first started counting and is a bootcamp OG who’s been with me from day one back in May 2022 💪🏻⭐️

Bootcamp isn’t the same without Frankie’s fantastic laugh - it’s very quiet when she’s not there! Here she is rocking her new T-shirt!
