Great 3 hour course this morning at Great Dunmow. Instruction by three very experienced Kyokushin shihans - Andrew Turner, Mac Robertson and Terry Prescott.

Knockdown squad training heads to South East England:

The adult, cadet and junior coaching team will be holding a combined squad training session in Canterbury on Sunday the 8th September.

Session is open to all students as we continue preparations for upcoming tournament including the British Open.
