Joy in Movement with Jane is a gentle exercise with a highly modifiable nature, it is an excellent option for:
* Older adults and seniors
* Office workers looking for a quick desk stretch
* Individuals recovering from injuries or dealing with physical limitations
* Beginners who are new to exercise
* Mental wellbeing
* Social connection
It combines elements of Adaptive Yoga, Mindfulness, and the Alexander Technique to improve strength, posture, and balance and mental being.
Anyone can try Joy in Movement, but it's especially helpful for anyone who has difficulty balancing, standing for a long time, or getting up from or down on the floor.
Joy in Movement is performed while seated or using a chair for support. It is highly accessible and provides a safe, low-impact way to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress without the risk of falling.
It helps participants stay healthy, mobile, and socially connected.
Please share with your family, friends, colleagues, and neighbours.
We all know at least one person that may benefit from having a regular participation. Please do use this as a flyer as some may not be technically set up.

Is the Menopause negatively impacting your wellbeing?
To all men and women out there, we all meet a time of change, and this big transition of change is not over in a week, it requires long term lifestyle changes.
Whether it is your body transitioning or someone you know or love, this necessary part of living affects us all.
Any age, male or female, physically, mentally, energetically, spiritually and emotionally, we can be challenged when menopause comes knocking on our door.
Early menopause, peri-menopausal,
Menopause and post-menopausal, you can’t hide away from the real deal, true nature.
Maybe you have tried many supportive methods to ease symptoms, BUT have you tried restorative yoga?
All you need is comfy clothes, which will come easy I am sure, then use that courage that’s always there to enquire and show up.
Please do try this very supportive practice, it is here for you.
With a regular restorative yoga practice it can help support the whole body because it is nervous system love.m 🫶

Yes it is your yoga, you make it personal, tailoring it to unique you.
Yoga accepts all types because yoga loves you, and it is there for you anytime. It is unconditional, you don’t need to be in particular mindset, energy or physical condition. You show up as you are, Your Yoga accepts you and supports you just as you are.
