*IMPORTANT* It's that time again: ko budo!

When: This Saturday (25th April)
Where: The usual place.
Who: Open to adults blue belt and above, and to specific juniors (please speak to your sensei)
How much: £25 and a number of brain cells

Please remember to bring water and concentration as these will not be provided on the day.
Oh, and weapons, that would also help.

Open mat was buzzing today with the folling tabs achieved:-

3 Students - 3rd tab for Orange Belt
1 Student - 3rd tab for Green tab belt
1 Student - 3rd tab for Yellow Belt
1 Student - 3rd tab for Purple Belt
and
3 Students pre tested section 1 and 2 for Brown Black tag - our highest of the day!

🔥 This Sunday 2pm - 4pm 🔥
Juniors & Adults of all grades from age 7 +

⏰ You can arrive anytime during the session
⏳ Stay as long or as little as you like
🥋 Best to bring an uke (training partner) so you can maximise your time.

What does “Open Mat” actually mean?

It means the dojo is open.
👉No formal class.
👉No warm-up.
👉No games.
👉No cool down.

Just pure mat time 👊
