((B)) Blast | 6:45pm
Our 45-minute ((BOUNCE)) workout using optional hand weights. Expect dance-inspired, choreographed jumping followed by targeted toning. ((BOUNCE)) can burn up to 700 calories per class!

((B)) Barbells | 7:45pm
A full-body, non-cardio workout using light weights and high repetitions. Build strength, tone your body without bulking up, increase core strength, stimulate bone density, and burn plenty of calories along the way.
