QiGong, an ancient practice that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing and meditation.
‘One of my favorite parts of the class is when we visualize the energy in our hands and move in a way that builds the energy, it’s like my whole body is alive and tingling, it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Totally cool and I love Lianas energy as she encourages us to go for it.’

Mobility Matters 🦵
How important do you think it is to maintain your mobility as you age and what activities do you enjoy that keep you moving?
Most people would benefit from adding mobility work to thier routine regardless if you’re training for a race or sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day, even more so if you’re doing both!
