Had the winter finally shifted? 💐 quick movement going in to freshen up before a busy family day 🤩 it’s a quick peloton day for me rather than a rehab or goal focussed strength session. Movement is medicine 🥰🌺💫✨ (I’ve deff had 3 large Easter eggs + the chocs that come with them in 48 hours and I’m loving it).

Socially slow & quiet through Jan-end of March. It hits a little heavy. But spring always softens the load and brings about an awakening which I LOVE.

Grief isn’t linear. A lot of people give you 6months - maybe a year of asking and that’s your lot. But milestones… new things without the person and those dates that shove you back… mine are mostly Jan - March:
- Jan (18th is Rem’s birthday)…
- March 17th (last time I saw Rem was at my birthday dinner out.. I’ve never been back to that restaurant)
- 22 March the day I opened the front door and was told he was missing and into police questioning and searches of the home and flying to Majorca for a month of searching and

2026 was the year it’s legally assumed he’s passed. Although we did the court and legalities in 2024 due to mums health.

I don’t post this for sympathy. It’s been 7 years and life is good. I’m posting in case you are going through something, have someone you know going through grief or a hard time…. Keep asking. Keep being present. But also know it comes in waves… just like the seasons💕 the good.. the bad; it too shall pass 🌺
