The infinity stones of weight loss.
For those of you unfamiliar with the infinity stones they are 6 stones each with its own unique power making the bearer more powerful.
When all 6 are combined you become the most power being in the universe.
Lucky for you I have the 6 infinity stones of fat loss below.
1). Adherence stone -
There are a million diets, fads, crazes, hippy potions and magic pills out there to fill a black hole. The only one you to need to be worried about is one you can stick to for 2 weeks, 1 month or forever.
This is the important bit as it’s enjoyable. If you like eating 80% organic “clean” food and then 20% of whatever the f**k you want then do it. The goal here is to find something that allows you to remain human
2). The calorie stone -
Now we have a plan of attack we need to know what weapons to bring. This is the calories!
Now in short, yes calories are calories no matter what. You can eat after 6 or right before going to bed you should lose weight.
But not all calories are 100% equal. Without going to deep, consuming 2000 calories of ice cream and Coca Cola isn’t going to make you feel great and mess your blood sugar around a lot.
But eating 1500 calories of normal food and finishing the day with 500 calories of coke and ice cream makes for a very happy planet destroyer.

3). The small change stone
A lot of world conquerers jump in feet first and remove everything they like. Crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks, biscuits and alcohol.
These are the things that keep us sane. As with the calorie stone once you know and understand calories you can include these foods in your diet.
Changing small things such as Pepsi to Pepsi max (aspartame won’t kill you in low doses) having 1 sugar in your tea or coffee, having semi skimmed milk instead of full fat.
All of these small changes add up to the big change.
4). The workout stone
This one is a very diverse stone as it’s all dependent on the bearer. Some people will gain the ability to run forever, some will gain unknown amounts of strength and some will gain the ability to actually enjoy burpees (weirdos)
But as with the adherence stone you need to find something you enjoy. Something you can follow and actually progress with.
5). The prep stone
The prep stone helps set all the other stones into motion, but by itself it is a very valuable stone and can help set you up with the best foot forward.
Preparing lunches, dinners and snacks while you’re out and about will save you from the dreaded supermarket sweep when you’re hungry and tired and buying 7 chocolate bars a sandwich, a can of monster and an ice cream.
6). The don’t step on the f**king scales stone
This could be one of the most important stones. Weight loss doesn’t happen linear.
You can lose 5lbs one week and gain 2lbs the next but although you are still 3lbs down from the start this still messes with your head.
That’s when things get desperate and start getting silly with the weight loss.
Your best bet with this stone is to take photos and just genuinely look in the mirror to see what changes are happening. Worst case scenario would be to weigh once a month or use a measuring tape to gauge progress.

Confidence. You aren’t born with it, you become it.
I was talking to my mum the other day and the subject of confidence popped up.
I was straight in there defending how confident I had always been and nothing ever knocked me back but my mum was there to remind me of what a weak ass bitch I was.
I cried the first time I was removed from the school basketball team. I had the fire to want to be better but the confidence wasn’t there.
I joined a team and stood outside hyperventilating and crying because I was scared to go in...I was 11 at the time. My mum and dad gave me the speech and I went in and to cut a long story short ended up captaining the school basketball team for the last years of school and playing for the local team.
My first day of high school...I cried, hard!
I didn’t know anyone, all my other friends went to different school and again mum and dad gave me the speech and to cut a long story short I made my best friend who now has 2 little girls that I adore.
First time I was rejected by a girl. Embarrassed me to the point I could never tell a girl how much I liked her, that she looked pretty or even that I had genuine man feelings, cue the chat with mum and dad and boom I’m 8 years into an amazing relationship.
There are many more occasions where I’m sure my confidence has flopped to the abyss and showed me the middle finger.
But somewhere along the line something changed in me. I don’t know what it was or if I could even pin point the change but today I have 0 fear of acting an idiot.
Now the roles are reversed I speak to a lot of people about confidence and how to not give a s**t. People genuinely don’t care what you do, say or think.
They will love you or hate you no matter what so you may as well be you and smile while they talk behind your back!

1. You can measure progress in many ways that don’t include your weight. See how far you’ve come by tracking your training intensity and PRs; the way your clothes fit; your energy levels and mood; patterns with your food choices; how well you’re sleeping; your self-confidence.
2. Remember that progress, whether in the weight room or in the mirror, is never linear. Highs and lows normal! Be patient and practice consistency, and you’ll get where you want to go!
3. Work with a coach! whether it’s for training, nutrition, business or just life in general. They can make you accountable and help you stay on track.
4. Set SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time- Sensitive. For example: I want to add 10 lbs to my barbell back squat in the next 3 months.
5. As you work toward any goal, always remember why the goal is important to you, and let your WHY guide your process.
6. When working to make physique changes, focus on strength and performance first. The physique changes will follow.
7. Strive for a balanced life. Being active and eating well should be part of your life, but leave room for other things you love and care about.
8. Loose or slim-fitting? Showing skin, or a little more modest? T-shirts or tank tops? Shorts or pants—or even a workout skirt? In and out of the gym, wear clothes that make you feel good.
Feeling comfortable will boost your mood and self-confidence, help you to focus on what’s important to you, and will let your personality shine.

The human brain is a wonderful and powerful weapon in your goal to being the best version of you in 2018.

Granted I do swear and I will get a bit loud but that’s only because I believe in you more than you do.

A friend of mine asked me if Spartan training was for women.
The answer is YES!
I have female clients and I have trained a few females in the past.
There is not that much difference in the way a man and a woman can train 🙂

6 weight loss mistakes
1 - Going to low with calories (500 maximum a day) - So most people drop their calories so far that they will lose weight but your body will adapt to this and then you will stuck at a really low point on the calorie scale. Start slow and bring them down when weight stalls
2 - Becoming obsessed with eating like a bro and limiting food intake - A lot of people think that to lose weight you can only eat rice, chicken and broccoli when losing weight. This is bulls**t. You just need better food choices.
3- Eating too many healthy foods - without understanding that they are still calories is going to add to weight gain. Fruit, oils, ketchups and fruit juices.
4 - Removing carbs and fats (they aren’t evil) - carbs and fats don’t make you fat. They are just calories and a great source of energy for the body for daily activities and workouts.
5 - Setting a end goal? Plan smaller goals in between - setting a end goal is great as gives you a finish line but that isn’t the end of your journey. You just reassess and carry on. Setting smaller goals in between is a great motivation booster.
6 - Being in a calorie deficit forever - as with the above point you can’t be in a deficit forever. It’s nice to take a break when goals are hit. Such as a holiday or Christmas. Not being strict when eating out with friends as well can take the stress off of dieting as long as your not eating out every night

What is the Spartan six
So I’ve been thinking of a way that I can help everyone I can. So I have created a course that is more value and content than it should be. But I love you guys.
- Online or in Gym so if you already train at a gym but want to make a change this can be done online. I’ll only ask to see you twice
- Everything planned out for you. So no thinking on your behalf. All you have to do is follow and turn up.
- Diet is not RESTRICTIVE! It’s entirely down to you how strict or relaxed you want to be
- Friendly groups of people surrounding you. Every session you will see familiar faces in the same situation with similar goals. You will communicate on the Facebook group and build new friendships.
- Recipes and videos to follow along to to try new ways of cooking foods you love and being inventive.
- Home workouts and challenges to keep you active and for those who really want to push to the next limit you can do these as well.
- Workouts for those who want to get lean and those who want to grow.
Now your probably wondering how much all this costs. I can tell you it costs less than having a McDonald’s breakfast everyday.
It cost less than a Tesco meal deal and a Starbucks a day.

2) You must walk at LEAST 10,000 steps every day or do one of the Spartan six home workouts. (Some
Sort of proof will be required)
3) You must report your nutrition progress on the group in the evening. If you feel you had a good day, a bad day or just want to talk about it
