Is 2023 the time to stop lying to yourself?
The truth is, we can all find the time for things if we CHOOSE to … if we make those things a PRIORITY …. if we create a desire to do them that is greater than the desire NOT to.
With 1440 minutes in each and every day, can you honestly say you can’t find 30 to allocate to your health and emotional well-being?
Of course it’s a choice … if you don’t truly want to, then don’t BUT if you do want to, and you want the outcomes and results you’ll get from doing it, then STOP using time as an excuse.
1) Set your intention
2) Make your goals small and realistic
3) Make a plan!!
4) Start describing it as a priority not a chore
5) Journal how you feel after a workout
6) Until you form that new exercise habit, LIE to yourself 🤣
If you currently say in your head ‘I hate this’ … ‘getting up early is painful’ ‘I wish I wasn’t doing this right now’ ‘I’d do anything to stop right now’ ‘I can’t be bothered to do it’ etc then STOP! Start telling yourself little white lies that take you towards your health and fitness goals and not away from them…
in time, those lies will become your truth if you repeat them enough times.
