Tuesdays @ St Andrews Church Hall Wickford
7.15-8pm /8pm-9pm
Wednesdays @ Ramsden Heath Village Hall
8.05-9pm

Hatha Style Yoga Classes Currently Running 2 Nights a Week Mondays (Wickford) and Wednesdays (Ramsden) More classes to come!

would love the beautiful yoga community to come together and join us this Sunday at 10am for a powerful morning of movement, mindset & meaning 🤍

✨ 10–10:30am: welcome drink & mindset talk with hope.
🧘🏼‍♀️ 10:30–11:30am: ‘warm to hot yoga’ with jess – strong, mindful & heart-opening.
🤍 11:30–12pm: goodbye treat & drink.
