We provide you with a very personalised service, starting with a FREE 15 minute, obligation free, phone consultation, here you can ask any questions you may have and allay any nagging doubts or fears. We would then schedule an appointment for a full consultation and thorough assessment and to pinpoint and personalise your specific needs. We will then decide on an appropriate course of action depending on the outcome of your consultation. Your first session is 50 minutes. This enables us to ensure we have all the information to provide you with the specific tools and practical steps you need, to help you feel fully supported in achieving your desired goal, along with helping you feel more confident, motivated, in control, safe, secure and ready for the new you! Each subsequent session is up to 50 minutes and any recordings you may require as part of the work are FREE. Sessions are preferably a week apart. Some packages are different such as Weight Control and Stop Smoking packages. Packages are non-refundable. Please see the links for more information. • Sessions are payable a week in advance either by cash, debit or credit card
• 100% of the full session price will be charged in the event of client cancellation under 7 days notice. This is to cover the clinician’s time and costs
• Clients and information discussed are completely confidential at all times. An exception to this would be if the client is deemed to be a danger to themselves or to others or if there is any legal reason for disclosure


ABOUT ME:

My names Emma, I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist situated in Billericay. I provide Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) services to Billericay, Brentwood & surrounding areas. I am currently undertaking a Masters in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy & Counselling at the BACP & UKCP accredited Metanioa Institute, London. I’m also a trainee Psychotherapist & Counsellor at MIND where I adhere to the BACP/UKCP/Metanioa/MIND code of ethics. My background before hypnotherapy was Social/Welfare work in Child Protection, Healthy Families Program, Family Mediation, Young People with Challenging Behaviour and Post Natal Anxiety & Depression Groups. My training is fully accredited and validated with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), The Hypnotherapy Society and The Hypnotherapy Association. I am fully insured and a member of The British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapy (BACP) The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and work within the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy.
