For the 3rd consecutive year, we are proud to host the .uk British Powerlifting Championships on Saturday 11th April.

A great drug-tested platform for lifters, in this event have the opportunity to take part in the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift (can do a single discipline, two or all three for a power total).

-MO = PB 250kg, KB 278kg
•Sandbag to Shoulder for reps in 60 secs. Trump Options.

-MB = 80kg or 100kg
-MN = 90kg or 110kg
-MI = 110kg or 130kg
-MO = 120kg or 140kg
•Excalibur Sword Hilt Hold for max time.

•Atlas Hemisphere lift for Max weight.
