The building is open to local groups and is a 'Community Space' (previously known as a Warm Space). Serving hot and cold food with a variety of drinks. Other Park Amenities and Facilities:

Fairground fun is coming to John Whitehead Park at the Billingham Show on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September!
Tickets available from the Town Council office, Billingham Library & Customer Service Centre from Monday 17th August, Monday to Friday.

Parkrun are looking for volunteers to help deliver their weekly 5km parkrun. The good news is you need to volunteer every week - just whenever you have some spare time.
From marshals and barcode scanners to timekeepers and tail walkers, there's a role for everyone, and full training is provided.
