What happened to the phrase ‘your best is good enough’?
In a world where we can watch thousands of people online live these ‘perfect’ lives, where they are always working at 100%, have these picture perfect homes and workout 7 days a week, it’s no wonder our best never feels like enough
And personally I’m sick of it
This constant comparison to these curated lives we see online is taking away from being proud of our own efforts
Being proud of the accomplishments that took so much determination to achieve
It’s not realistic to be able to give your maximum effort and attention to everything all of the time
Your best effort looks different day to day and that’s okay and maybe sometimes that’s just getting through the day
I promise you, your best is always good enough 💙

Things I do as a personal trainer that might surprise you..
🍫 I eat chocolate everyday. It makes me happy, I enjoy it and it’s all about things in moderation at the end of the day
🥱 Early mornings are not for me, I really don’t know how people choose to get up at 5am. The only way I’m doing that is when I have clients, other that than I will see you after 7am 😂
🏋🏼♀️ I don’t train everyday, instead I train 3 times per week and that works the best for me and my schedule. I’ve trained more and less in the past, I will adapt my training to fit what going on in my life at any given time

1. It’s sundress season baby
2. New nails 💅🏼
3. Walk and catch up with 👩🏼🤝👩🏻
4. First Learn to Lift session and my sheets ended up outside (thanks 🤣). Had to crawl on the roof to get them 🙈
5 + 6. Spent the day with Mum, getting jewellery changed at .eye.studio, shopping and food of course 🙂↕️
7. One of many many hot girl walks (literally why was it so hot)
8. Biscoff Toblerone?? SOLD
9. Think I might have fallen back in love with RDLs 🤭
10. Tried gyros for the first time (I’m behind I know) and bloody loved
11. Had about 1 million lemsips this month too 🤧
