What a fantastic couple of days supporting an incredibly important cause. 💙

Yesterday, we had the privilege of holding the National North Prostate Cancer Thank You Day, celebrating and recognising everyone who continues to make a difference in the fight against prostate cancer.

Today, we followed that up with Shipley’s Prostate Cancer UK Golf Day a brilliant day of golf, great company and, most importantly, raising awareness and funds for a cause that affects so many families.

A huge thank you to everyone who organised, supported, participated and helped make both days such a success.

⛳️ On Tuesday, our Ladies held their annual Europe vs USA Competition, with this year’s event taking on a The Solheim Cup theme! 🇪🇺🇺🇸🏌️‍♀️

Each pair played 6 holes of 4BBB, followed by 6 holes of Foursomes, before finishing with 6 holes of Singles Stableford.

🏆 The winners on the day were Team Europe! 🇪🇺

We’re hoping that’s a good sign of things to come this weekend… 🤞⛳

🏌️It’s shaping up to be a sunny day at Shipley Golf Club

We had a fantastic time welcoming the players from Royal Saint Barbara’s Dortmund to Shipley last week! 🇩🇪 ⛳️ 🇬🇧

The visit got off to a brilliant start with a warm welcome dinner on Thursday evening, followed by a great day of golf on Friday.

It was wonderful to bring everyone together, enjoy some fantastic golf and hospitality along the way.

We’ve had an incredible week hosting the Bradford & District Ladies Golf Championships here at Shipley.

It was topped off by a win the in the Nett championship by our very own Di Whitley! 🏆

Congratulations also to Kathryn Harding, Lynne Walder and Ruby Briggs who qualified in the nett, and Natalie Ireland who was leading qualifier in the gross.

Jane love was part of the winning Tri-Am team who shot an amazing 81 points, while Jo Mason, Janet Oliver & Michelle Sunderland were 2nd.
