🧘🏼♀️ Join us at Healing Time (3 Cross St, Birkenhead CH41 5EJ) every Tuesday starting on the 2nd of April.
✨️6pm-7pm: Vinyasa Flow - A more dynamic flow, but don't let this scare you! We will learn to connect our breath with movement and build strength through the flow. Modifications and options to advance your practice will be offered.
✨️7pm-8pm: Slow Flow & Meditation - A gentler flow where we explore poses to allow for deeper stretching and relaxation. Perfect to wind down for the evening.
Both classes are suitable for beginners. Mats and other props provided. Free parking from 6:30 pm right outside the building!

• 50% refund if cancelled a week before
• No refund for cancellations the day before or on the day

✨️ Om Sweet Om Yogaversary ✨️
Just over a year ago I taught my first Vinyasa flow class. Back then I couldn't even dream about running an event, but here we are, a year and two Om Sweet Oms later, guding so many beautiful yogis, supported by the best teachers and friends on the way.
Thank you to everyone who's been a part of this journey ✨️
Now onto the next chapter, starting new decade of my life with the biggest adventure yet 🇮🇳
