🏆 WIRRAL SINGLES LEAGUE 25/26 — PLATE WINNERS

Alongside the main knockout competition in each division, players who don’t qualify for the main knockout stage go into the Plate Event, giving everyone another competition to play for at the end of the league campaign.

🏆 WIRRAL SINGLES LEAGUE DIVISION 4 CHAMPION — FINLEY MURPHY

Congratulations to Finley Murphy, who has been crowned Division 4 Champion after defeating Neil White 9–4 in the final 🏆

Division 4 was split into two leagues of 16 players, with the top 8 from each league progressing to the Last 16 knockout stage. Finley then had to win four knockout matches to take the title, finishing off an excellent knockout run with victory in the final. 🎱

Congratulations as well to Neil on reaching the final, and to everyone who competed across both Division 4 leagues this season.

Congratulations to Dan Hopkins, who was crowned Division 3 Champion after defeating Chris Wigfield 9–7 in the final 🏆

Division 3 was split into two leagues of 16 players, with the top 8 from each league progressing to the Last 16 knockout stage. Dan then had to win four knockout matches to take the title, capping it off with a strong performance in the final. 🎱

Congratulations as well to Chris on reaching the final, and to everyone who competed across both Division 3 leagues this season.

This is a league played over 7 months where you arrange your own games with your opponent

Format

- Divisions of 16, 15 league games, best of 12 frames
- 1st to 8th qualify for the knockout stage
- 9th to 16th will play in the plate competition

2 cup competitions included

The Masters - handicapped knockout competition including everyone

The Challenge - knock out competition for division 2,3 and 4 players only

We have 144 players across 5 divisions so no matter your level you should be involved in a competitive league and have the chance to win

Last season £13,000 in prize money was paid out across 101 prizes and over half the players that entered gaining at-least their entry fee back

£60 deposit to secure your place, balance to be cleared before the start of the league

Division 2 was split into two leagues of 16 players, with the top 8 from each league progressing to the Last 16 knockout stage. Richie then had to win four knockout matches to take the title, finishing with a dramatic one-frame victory in the final. 🎱
