Saturday 17th July is our last day before the summer holidays.

Sadly, we are saying goodbye to 2 of our girls who have been coming to dancing for over 15 years.

April & Ellie, it has been a pleasure teaching you both and we will all miss you.

April, we hope you are enjoying your job and when life gets back to “normal” you will be able to do some travelling.

Ellie, good luck on your musical theatre course in London. Work hard and don’t forget to smile!! Come back and teach us some new routines when you can.

A big thank you also to your Mums for all their help and support over the years.

Due to lockdown 2 we are unfortunately having to close! There will be no dancing now until hopefully 5th December!
We were hoping to stay open for under 18's but this time it has not been allowed! 😥😥
Keep dancing while we are away we will see you soon!

Good news......we can stay open for our children's classes!

I’m looking forward to welcoming you all back to dancing on 12th September. We are following Government guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible.

If you or any member of your household have coronavirus symptoms:

a high temperature

a new, continuous cough

a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

please do not attend classes.

Please arrive dressed ready to dance so you’ll just need to change your shoes. I still have some hoodies available (£16)

If possible parents should wait in their cars.

Please have the correct money for your lesson. You can pay for a number of classes in advance with cash or cheque (made payable to K Molyneux) if you wish. It would be helpful if it’s in a named envelope.

Everyone will need to fill in a new registration form. If you would like me to email one to you email me [email protected]

Most importantly come and have some fun.

Hi everyone, Hope you are all well and staying safe at home!

We are missing seeing you each week!

Here are some challenges we thought you could try!! you can always post a picture or video of you having a go!

A few weeks ago some of you were timing each other to see how long you could do the plank for so here are some more challenges: -

How long can you stand on one leg? Can you stand longest on your Right or Left leg?

How many star jumps can you do in one minute?

How long can you hold the bridge position for?

Can you walk with a thin book on your head?

Can you think of a challenge?

And finally how long can you play sleeping lions for!!!

I’ve also found some children’s classes done by Sadler's Wells Theatre. This one is about balancing. why not have a go!
