However, over 800,000 people die from su***de every year. Which is one death every 40 seconds.

But it is the most preventable cause of death, so it’s a conversation we really need to be having!

Having experienced loss from su***de, you realise that the signs are not always so obvious. Even to the best of friends.

So if you are feeling low and do not want to be here anymore, please know that you matter. The world won’t always feel this heavy! And there are so many people that want to help you.
