Another great Nordic Walking Parkrun at tried the technique Bev taught me and thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn’t feel breathless at all.

Unfortunately no Park Run at Birkenhead Park today so went for a 8k Nordic Walk along the Wirral Way & back along the beach. Not many people about but found some Sea Holly, Mermaids Purse, and Samphire 👍😎
