Workout Wednesday Being completely honest, I had developed some kind of hatred at the thought of home workouts 😖 I’ve been using walking as my go to. Instead of forcing myself to do them and hating them even more, I’ve ridden it out and now I kind of just do them when I fancy them- no pressure. It’s made it so much more enjoyable again and along with hitting 15000 steps a day I’m feeling good This was a simple full body workout I did yesterday... repeat x2 Swipe and screen shot or save if you want to try it

Posed vs unposed ... it’s easy to fall in to the trap of comparing yourself to others. Some days I’m so hard on myself, I struggled for years accepting my body, from gymnastics I’ve got a big back and arms and always saw it as looking manly...but im learning to love my body and what it can do! I feel stronger than ever and Loving training and my goals! Everyone’s so different and learning to love your own body for what I can do is an ongoing process... trying everyday ☺️

Little bit of my first proper session in months, stuck to compound lifts today. Easing myself in using % training to progressively overload in the next few weeks. As much as Id love to go straight back in were I left off I My body would go into shock, felt like I could’ve pushed more but sticking to the plan ... I’ve got 2 months til Ibiza, using the 3D body scanner at @wirralpt will help track my progress. If you’re interested in using it send me a message ☺️
