Good evening everyone- I hope you are all doing well🤍

I have recently been offered the position as a Pilates assessor - meaning I will be assessing those wishing to become Pilates instructors to enable them to be qualified. This is something I am so proud and excited to do as Pilates is my passion and I love the prospect of helping and assessing those wanting to enter the industry. Alongside this, I will be continuing my full time role as a lecturer in sports and fitness - assessing & tutoring those aspiring to become gym instructors and sports coaches… as well as continuing to complete my degree.

With this has come the tough decision to decide that I will no longer be physically or mentally able to continue with Mondays classes at Hollymoore medical centre. This is mainly due to time constraints - teaching full time comes with a lot of marking and completing a degree comes with a lot of assignments! Therefore it will be a little too much for me to manage with the new role I have acquired🥺

However I will still be teaching Pilates classes at cashmore school for dance every Tuesday evening and will be covering classes at HL Therapy when needed of a Thursday evening.

As Mondays classes will no longer be running with immediate effect, I will be issuing refunds for those who have block booked.

I would like to thank those of you who have attended my classes since the beginning- three years ago!! You guys really have got me to where I am today and I cannot thank you enough.

Good morning everyone - slightly bad news unfortunately!

I have been informed there has been an issue with the fire system at our venue and due to insurance, I regret to say that we will be unable to go ahead with class this evening😞

I apologise for the short notice but this is something out of our control. For those of you who have block booked, your block booking will be postponed to next week. If you wish for a refund please let me know.

Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a lovely weekend🩷.

Unfortunately tonight’s class will not be running. As a full time lecturer who is also completing a degree, unfortunately I have had to admit defeat for this once and accept the fact I have too much work to catch up on. I hate to cancel classes and I am so sorry.

For those of you who have booked, as per usual your booking will be transfered to next week. Or you can request a refund.

Hi all

Due to the extreme heat today and there being no air con in the room, I have made the regretful decision to cancel this evenings class for the safety of everyone. I also have an English bulldog who’s suffers extremely in this heat so want to be there for my little baby!

Apologies for the inconvenience and I will be more than happy refund those who have purchased a place.

Hello all!!

Unfortunately I have some bad news- I clearly do not have much luck with venues.

Classes at Kings Norton boys school will no longer be running with immediate effect. I have been informed that maintenance works will be going ahead for the next 12-18 months…

Of course with the duration of time that this venue will be out of action I have had no choice but to terminate Wednesday evening classes. I can only apologise to those who have blocked booked or were hoping to book for this Wednesday. This was a very short lived venue and was lovely but obviously wasn’t meant to be.

If you are due a refund please let me know- or you are more than welcome to transfer block bookings to Monday evening in Rubery.
