Still got a few spaces left for a wonderful free talk by Jayne Orton on Iyengar Yoga for Women from 3pm this Sunday.

Followed by a chance to tour the studio and have some refreshments - usually tea and biscuits...

Hope to see you there😀

Cat yoga from many years ago - I remember I was exhausted and I just wanted to rest my head on that bolster, boy did that cat have other ideas!

I love that every time I read his books I learn something new. Just re-read the pranayama chapter before my pranayama practice.

3 days til we start the next Foundation course this Friday 17th April at 5.15 pm. A 6-week course of 1 hour classes open to complete beginners or returners.

This is what a student said about class - I agree - give it a go! You've got nothing to lose!

Why did you first go to yoga?

This is my story….

I was “made” to go by my family- our lovely Mum had high blood pressure and my eldest sister had done Iyengar Yoga and heard in class that it would help her. I was Mum’s companion, I was a teenager, so obviously I hated it🙄

33 years later I qualified as a teacher.
