What a fantastic opportunity for our girls at Kingshurst Pavilions Sports Club FC! ⚽️

We were delighted to welcome the WSL 2 Champions Trophy to Kingshurst, giving our girls the chance to see a piece of history up close and celebrate the success of women’s football. 🏆✨

For our young players, seeing that trophy on our own doorstep is a brilliant reminder of what can be achieved through hard work, dedication, teamwork and believing in yourself.

Today’s trophy could be tomorrow’s dream! 🌟

A huge thank you to Birmingham City Women for bringing the WSL 2 Champions Trophy to Kingshurst and helping us inspire the next generation of female footballers. 💙⚽️

🏆 Back-to-Back Tournament Champions! 🏆

What a fantastic few weeks it has been for our MJPL team!

After the heartbreak of losing last year's Dosthill Tournament final on penalties, the boys showed incredible determination and resilience to go one better this year. They returned to the final and, after another tense penalty shootout, lifted the trophy! 💙⚽

The success didn't stop there...

On Sunday, the team travelled to the Newhall FC Tournament in Burton and once again produced an outstanding display against some excellent opposition. The boys secured a 1-0 victory in the semi-final before facing Barton FC in the final.

With the match ending level, it went to penalties once again—and just like champions do, the boys held their nerve to bring home a second tournament trophy in as many weeks! 🏆🏆

These victories are a testament to the hard work, commitment and togetherness shown by every player, coach and parent throughout the season. We couldn't be prouder of this group and everything they continue to achieve.

Congratulations to everyone involved—players, coaches, volunteers and supporters. What an incredible way to kick off the summer! 💙👏

☀️ FITCAP Summer HAF Programme is Back! ⚽🏀🎾

Kingshurst Pavilions Sports Club are delighted to be partnering with Fitcap CIO once again to deliver another fantastic FREE Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme this summer!

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, they can enjoy: 🍳 FREE breakfast 🥪 FREE lunch ⚽ Fun sports and physical activities 🎨 Games and creative activities 🤝 A safe, welcoming environment where they can make new friends and stay active throughout the holidays.

Four days of tournaments and one fantastic Fun Day, all completed over the last three weekends.

It's been a huge amount of hard work from everyone involved, and we would like to thank every single person who has helped make it happen. From volunteers, coaches, referees, sponsors, stall holders, parents and supporters – your efforts have been invaluable.

We hope everyone who attended any of our events had a brilliant time and enjoyed themselves as much as we did.

The coaches certainly had a great time at the Fun Day – we saw dinosaurs, leprechauns, superheroes and plenty of questionable football ability on display! The annual coaches' match once again proved that football is much harder when your children are on the sidelines reminding you about every mistake.

Most importantly, across all five events we saw hundreds of smiles, great sportsmanship, fantastic community spirit and memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you all for supporting us and helping make this year's tournaments and Fun Day such a success.
