As i age, it gets harder to trust people. I see many people gathering together, but not because they really enjoy each others company, or because they deeply care for the other. Instead, they crave company to cover theirs fear of loneliness, or because they may feel bored.Or even because they want to show to other people how cool they are for to have people around them.

In certain point i understand...sometimes, i feel lonely. But one thing i can say: there was no worst loneliness than the one i did feel, when in some life times i had someone with me who wouldn't enjoy my company, listen to me me, or trully care about me.

In the end of the day..the most important is self love. And by self love we learn to enjoy our own company, and so, involuntary, we will bring the right people for us. ❤❤

Benefits of Pull ups/Chin ups.💪

Is amazing how you think you can't do it until you try them. Yes, you are lifting the weight of your body, yes, you are getting stronger.

And yes, you can always use some resistance bands to take some weight off when you pushing yourself back up.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Tips in how to perform them:

✅PULL UPS:

▶️Grab the pullup bar with your palms down (shoulder-width grip);
▶️Hang to the pullup-bar with straight arms and your legs off the floor;
▶️Pull yourself up by pulling your elbows down to the floor;
▶️Keep the core engaged and back straight during the exercise;
▶️Go all the way up until your chin passes the be bar;
▶️Lower yourself until your arms are straight.

✅CHIN UPS:

▶️Put your hands on the bar with your palms facing your body;
▶️Raise your body until your chin is above the bar;
▶️Lower yourself back down with a controled movement;
▶️keep the core engaged and back straight during the exercise.

⚠️⚠️ NEVER FORGET DO DO A GOOD STRETCH AT THE END, TO AVOID SOME INJURIES!!!
