Girls U11 Match Report:

Following a strong cup run recently, we hosted Bromsgrove Sporting Colts FC on Saturday in a friendly. Both sides worked extremely hard in the heat, huge credit to Bromsgrove who bravely travelled to us with a player short and still played brilliantly.

🏅Coach's player of the match: Emily - Great performance at the centre of defence up against talented Bromsgrove forwards.

🎖️Parents player of the match: Florence - Amazing performance in midfield, gliding past players and scoring a goal that Messi himself would be proud of.

Next up: No fixture this Saturday but we're in tournament action on 6th June !

Girls U11 Match Report:

Following a great run of form, we hosted Hillfield AFC on Saturday in a league game. The match ended in a draw with both sides evenly matched.

🏅 Coach’s Player: Sophie - Yet another well taken goal and super all round performance, dribbling past players and linking up play.

⭐ Parents’ Player: Scarlett - Fantastic performance and energy from right midfield and a very well taken goal.

Girls U11 Match Report:

On Saturday we welcomed Leamington Lions Girls FC for our semi-final following a successful group stage campaign.

It was a tightly contested, end-to-end match with very little to separate the two teams. Unfortunately, the game was decided by an own goal, ending in a 1–0 defeat.

Despite the result, the coaching team and parents are incredibly proud of the girls. Their effort, teamwork, and determination throughout both the match and the entire cup run has been outstanding.

🏅 Coach’s Player: Maddie
A superb defensive performance against a very strong Leamington attack. Calm, composed, and excellent distribution from the back throughout.

⭐ Parents’ Player: Isabel
Another excellent display in goal with safe hands, confident decision-making, and some fantastic distribution from her box.

Next up: We return to league action at home against Hillfield AFC.
