We caught up with our very own Joel Makin on his home courts ahead of the third round of the Quilter Cheviot British Open 2026, following his victory over India’s Veer Chotrani.

This evening, he takes on Egypt’s Aly Abou Eleinen for a place in the quarter-finals of squash’s most prestigious PSA Squash Tour tournament.
