Another hard workout. is the big focus for the next 14 weeks so completed 6 rounds of 25 cal row, 10 db thrusters, 10 box step overs, 10 devil press and 12 db snatches. Not going to lie, This one got emotionalš„µ
Did a little bit of an ATHX training session today, It was a nice change after several months of preparing for a marathon. 6 rounds of 25 cal row, 10 db thrusters, 10 box jumps, 10 sandbag ground to shoulder and 10 burpees. Legs started to feel it on round 4š„µ
