Continental Stars Table Tennis Club is celebrating a historic weekend! 🏓✨
Our Veterans Men’s team made their debut in the British Club Leagues, finishing top of Division 5 and securing promotion to Division 4! Huge shoutouts to Steve (3rd in averages), Clint (4th in averages), Kabir, and Sylvester for a masterclass in teamwork.
Our Women’s team secured a brilliant 3rd place finish at the beginning of the month. From Josie’s 100% win rate for the first half to Shazia’s incredible "bounce back" resilience after a tough weekend this team is full of fire! 🔥
Special congratulations to Simona, who not only dominated her league matches but also became the Birmingham Schools U19 Champion! We’ll be cheering her on at the National Finals on 24th April. 🏆
But beyond the trophies, we are most proud of the barriers being broken. Seeing two Hijab wearing female athletes from different generations compete and then share a moment of genuine support and mentorship proves that we are more than just a club—we are a community.

We are so proud to be part of those honoured for our volunteering services for Table Tennis!!

"B" Team holding there own in Division 3 following promotion and picking up points! 👍🏾
"A" Team not worried after match 1 in the Premier. 🤷🏾♂️ Was happy to give a "B" player an opportunity with the big guns which was a pleasant surprise! 😲
