Life doesn’t get easier - you just get stronger.
Physically, mentally, emotionally… it all starts with showing up and putting the work in, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
For me, it’s never just been about training.
It’s about building discipline, resilience, and becoming someone you can rely on.
The gym just happens to be where that gets built.
Keep showing up.
The way 💫

Tough year for me personally with my training. When you’ve stayed consistent for so long to have it stripped away is a tough toll to take.
About to have my 3rd operation and praying this is the last one and allows me to get back to what I love, pushing myself and the people around me 🤞🏼

I’ve neglected training for months…
2 operations on a broken finger in the last 6 months, and I’ve probably trained about 5 times since.
Even though I know I’m never too far from being at my best, getting back fully invested in training has been tough, even while being in a gym environment every single day.
But the truth is… more recently it’s just been excuses. ❌
We can all create or use a reason for why we haven’t started - but most of the time, it’s just bullsh*t, and we’re not fooling anyone but ourselves.
👉 Make a start.
Once a week is enough to start feeling better about yourself. Then, once the excuses stop, progress follows.
Everyone’s circumstances are different, but the beauty of training is that you’re not alone.
You’re surrounded by like-minded people who will push you, motivate you, and inspire you to do better.
There’s no better time to start than NOW!!
