Last Sunday was an exciting day for us as the children won in multiple categories including Ring Continuous, Mat Light Kickboxing, Sports Boxing, and Low Kick... It was great to see all the British Champions at ringside, sharing their victories and battle stories with the other students... I must say, it was quite a sight to see all the spoils of victory on display... Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with thrilling fights and inspiring champions... 💎🙏🥊💯💥🎯

K-1 rules are similar to those of kickboxing... The main difference between K-1 rules and kickboxing is the use of leg kicks, knees and catching the leg is allowed...
