About me -

It's always good to get to know your trainer here's a short rundown about me.

I've been in the sporting industry since 2009 Playing American football for England and Europe over in the states, Europe, and Australia. I also competed in Rugby to the district level, Track and Boxing trained by my dad whos an ex-pro. The best part of playing for all-star teams and building up to them is the training by the top physios and NFL coaches, it's all a learning curve and I have truly kept it in to provide it to many others who will never get to have been taught that knowledge.

My clientele work on specific body parts, figures and overall fitness they want to improve on. I also have a group of athletes to become better at the sport they are competing in.

I have currently moved from Birmingham to London to help out the hungry beginners and athletes.

When having booked lessons you will have my details where you can ask me any questions.

If you want to come in groups of 4 prices will drop

Everyones first 2 sessions are only £30 due to them being the break-in sessions, where we train at a moderate paste especially if you exercised for a long period of time.

Please do turn up 20minutes prior to your first sessions where I will go over the safety form on your past fitness experience and what you want to gain from the session.

All block booking sessions are paid a month in advance so your days and slots are saved at a discounted price. If you can't make a session or need to change it to another day, I will do my best to slot you in the closest spot in that week, if it's a busy week I will have to reschedule for another week.

I am also mobile for some clients who have a great space at home or space near them. Depending on the distance the prices will stay the same.
